I’m Emma, a busy Mum and business owner trying to balance life. Movement is my thing and my intention is to help transform lives through teaching Yoga, pilates and mobility based classes. Incorporating practical mindfulness tools, daily micro habits and movement you can support your self care and fill your cup around a busy lifestyle from being a parent and juggling all that comes with looking after others I get it!

Yoga has been a part of my life for 15 years, I started with pregnancy Yoga and developed my practice which has helped me to find confidence and clarity away from the distractions of the fast paced modern world Mentally we are craving yoga and breathing techniques more than ever to have headspace away from our jobs, busy commitments and pressures.

Yoga helps you to find space and freedom in body and mind and through my own challenges such as having severe migraine attacks which were delibiliating when my kids were young I had to find something I could do safely.

Yoga was the one constant I could turn to find peace and humility. A little inner haven just to call my own. High intensity classes just didn’t cut it for me anymore. I have felt the benefits of a regular yoga practice to be life changing. It changes your outlook and with a committed practice you will feel right at home within your body.

Yoga and pilates are a huge benefit to gaining core strength, flexibility and mobility and posture. It increases your range of motion and joint health but also helps boost immunity and feel good hormones and can be a preventative practice for sports, runners and athletes and a rehabilitation back from injury.

I also run a skincare business called Nuskin sharing the love of these quality skincare products with cutting edge technology and science to feed your skin inside out.

My CREDENTIALS

I completed my Core strength Vinyasa 200 hours training, founded by Sadie Nardini bringing an anatomy and biomechanical approach to yoga and delivered by Anya Hawkes (a master trainer in the UK) which included an intensive anatomy course. As part of continued CPD I have completed online workshops with renowned physiotherapists and yoga teachers alike. I featured at the soul circus wellness festival in 2021 with my 90s Yoga HIIT classes delivering classes.

I have continued my studies with Yin Yoga training and Yoga shred (HIIT), and taken extensive core and pelvic floor courses and I am fully insured with Yoga Alliance Professionals. I seek to add to my training with CPD and am pursuing my personal training to ensure you have an authentic experience.

I will always be a student of the practice and I am deeply grateful for continued growth and evolving with the latest scientific evidence for everyday modern movement.

In my classes, I love to combine a fun, practical, and inquisitive approach.I know how precious your time is so I like to give you as much valuable content to help you get physically stronger, building mobility and emotionally becoming more balanced. I seek to help others thrive in life by staying healthy with realistic goals that suit the individual and lifestyle and my hope is that you can live a sustainable and pain free life full of laughs and joy into retirement.
