My CREDENTIALS
I completed my Core strength Vinyasa 200 hours training, founded by Sadie Nardini bringing an anatomy and biomechanical approach to yoga and delivered by Anya Hawkes (a master trainer in the UK) which included an intensive anatomy course. As part of continued CPD I have completed online workshops with renowned physiotherapists and yoga teachers alike. I featured at the soul circus wellness festival in 2021 with my 90s Yoga HIIT classes delivering classes.
I have continued my studies with Yin Yoga training and Yoga shred (HIIT), and taken extensive core and pelvic floor courses and I am fully insured with Yoga Alliance Professionals. I seek to add to my training with CPD and am pursuing my personal training to ensure you have an authentic experience.
I will always be a student of the practice and I am deeply grateful for continued growth and evolving with the latest scientific evidence for everyday modern movement.

In my classes, I love to combine a fun, practical, and inquisitive approach.I know how precious your time is so I like to give you as much valuable content to help you get physically stronger, building mobility and emotionally becoming more balanced. I seek to help others thrive in life by staying healthy with realistic goals that suit the individual and lifestyle and my hope is that you can live a sustainable and pain free life full of laughs and joy into retirement.
