First one to include a 15 min consultation (in person or zoom) to gain an insight into your emotional and physical landscape.

A private session can be the perfect way to invest in your health, fitness and yoga goals. Unlike a group class where as a beginner, you can get a little lost and not really develop the prior knowledge needed to have an overall body awareness. You may have a pre-existing injury, or use it as a tool to prevent injury if you are a runner, cyclist or weightlifter. If you are a more experienced in Yoga then looking to refine your practice to develop certain techniques or mobility tools to reach your next state of fulfilment.
Likewise you may just need a restorative session of breathing, and learning tools to cope with the impact of the modern day world and time out from stressors impacting on our health. Yoga gives you time for you to be present with gentle techniques and mindfulness to help you relax with an added head or shoulder massage. You need it to unwind the mind and bring the body back into its natural rhythm.
The first session is 75 mins to include a free consultation to ensure a bespoke plan tailored for you. I would recommend a course of four to six sessions to give you a better understanding into the fundamentals of Yoga and benefits you will achieve from implementing a practice not just weekly but several times a week. It is important to practice outside the sessions to really encompass the mental and physical benefits of yoga.
