Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga

Core strength Vinyasa Yoga - A dynamic, anatomically-inspired flow focused on transitioning through the body with intelligent sequencing. There is a general theme or "Peak pose" we are working towards and during the class we focus on our transitions to find a deep core connection. We use breath practices to ground ourselves and relieve anxiety and stress. Challenging but fun - there are always modifications and variations given for everyone. Relax the body and mind with a soothing yogic sleep to round off your practice and bring your body back to a state of rest.
